The apartment is situated in a new building on the south point of Miami Beach. The client who lives abroad requested something modern and sexy. Three rooms where opened up to create one large living space, in addition there is the master bedroom suite, the kitchen, dining room and two guest bedrooms. South American Keystone was used throughout the apartment on the terrace, feature wall in the living room and for some of the low tables. Special attention was given to the lighting in order not to obscure the view at night.
